Its flavour showcases a variety of herbal notes, mainly green olive fruit, herbs, green apple, olive leaves, complemented by a pleasant black pepper and mint finish. In addition, it features classic nutty and buttery undertones typical of this variety. This mild-intensity Extra Virgin Olive Oil offers a fresh taste with a perfect balance of bitterness, pungency and fruitiness.
